Welcome to Chloe Marie Art! Thank you for choosing to support my art. Below you'll find our store policies regarding orders, shipping, returns, and more.

1. General Information

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all artworks. However, please note that colours may vary slightly due to different screen calibrations.

  • Artwork Authenticity: Please note, only Limited Edition prints and Original Artwork, comes with a certificate of authenticity.

2. Orders

  • Placing an Order: Orders can be placed directly through our website. For custom requests or commissions, please contact us via the contact form or email at chloemarieart@outlook.com.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

3. Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer, and you will be notified of the estimated time frame.

  • Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping only as orders are sent to an external printing house who also handle the delivery process. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • International Shipping: We ship to the United Kingdom and anywhere in the EU. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

  • Chloe’s studio team is small and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur if artwork is going viral on social media. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience. *Please note that post delivery network and delays may occur.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping.

  • Shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. This is because they are immediately sent to the printing house who ship the order.

  • The studio is operated in Suffolk, United Kingdom and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

  • Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: If you have an issue with your product, we won’t leave you hanging! If your print arrives damaged, please get in touch and send us photos of the damaged product within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please email us via email at chloemarieart@outlook.com.

  • If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, in accordance with UK law, returns are not provided and cannot be refunded.

  • Per the United Kingdoms consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by the Chloe Marie Art.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Exchanges: we do not offer exchanges on our products.

  • Originals cannot be refunded or exchanged.

5. Custom and Commissioned Work

  • Request Process: All commission requests should be sent through our contact form or email at chloemarieart@outlook.com. Please include your ideas, deadlines, and any specific details.

  • Approval and Deposit: Once a commission request is approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on the piece. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

  • Completion and Delivery: Custom artworks take time to create. You will be kept informed of the progress, and we will aim to meet your specified deadlines.

6. Special Requests

  • Personalisation: While we strive to accommodate special requests such as signatures or personal notes, these cannot be guaranteed. Please include any special requests in the notes section at checkout.
